| URAT1（SLC22A12 基因編碼）是腎臟近曲小管上皮細(xì)胞頂膜的有機(jī)陰離子轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)蛋白， 主要介導(dǎo)尿酸鹽的重吸收，通過鈉離子依賴性協(xié)同轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)機(jī)制將腎小管腔中的尿酸鹽逆向轉(zhuǎn) 運(yùn)至細(xì)胞內(nèi)，維持血清尿酸穩(wěn)態(tài)。其基因位于 11 號染色體長臂，編碼含 553 個氨基酸的跨 膜蛋白，結(jié)構(gòu)含 12 個跨膜螺旋，底物結(jié)合口袋由苯丙氨酸殘基構(gòu)成，特異性識別尿酸。 | |
