| I. Background | |
| HLA-G基因是一個功能性的非經(jīng)典I類HLA分子，具有經(jīng)典樣HLA抗原結(jié)構(gòu)，位于染色體6p21.3的MHC區(qū)，然而與經(jīng)典HLA-I類分子相比，HLA-G具有更少的多態(tài)性和更有限的組織分布。β2-微球蛋白（B2M）是細(xì)胞膜上組織相容性復(fù)合體（MHC，一組編碼人類白細(xì)胞表面抗原HLA基因群的通稱）輕鏈結(jié)構(gòu)的組成部分，在正常細(xì)胞新陳代謝過程中與MHC分離后釋放入血。β2-微球蛋白（B2M）分布于幾乎所有有核細(xì)胞（尤其在淋巴細(xì)胞和單核細(xì)胞存在豐富）和生物體液，包括血清、尿液和（關(guān)節(jié)）滑液。 | |
