Vegfa may stimulate tumor angiogenesis in several tumor types and is overexpressed in a number of tumor types including, intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, and brain metastases in breast cancer. |
